First Game of the Season!
The Mad Dogs atom LL team started of there season with a home opener against the Drayton Defenders.

Minto fought hard for the puck in the first period but was unable to hold off the power forwards of the fast Drayton team allowing Drayton to take the lead 2-0 going into the second period.
Minto came back strong in the beginning of the second with a goal scored by forward Hayden McIntosh and assisted by defenseman Isaiah Steeves. Unfortunately, Drayton answered back with 3 quick goals. Minto's forward Brayden Moore managed to pop in a goal assisted by Hayden McIntosh before the end of the third period. Leaving Drayton with a 5-2 lead going into the thrid.
Hungry for more, Brayden Moore scored another goal only 45 seconds into the third period assisted by Liberty Thalan and Keegan Sitt. Brayden then scored again to complete the hat-trick with a goal assisted by Alex Voll. Drayton answered back with a pounding 4 goals in the third to win the game 9-4.
