MMH 2020/2021 Registration will open June 21, 2021 with registration deadline being July 14, 2021. Please review all the information below.

ALL returning MMH players are required to register online at: https://registration.hockeycanada.ca/registration/?ID=5468
All new players to MMH, including players who have never played minor hockey and/or players recently relocated to the Minto area, please contact [email protected] to receive a registration package.
2021/2022 Registration Process & Need to Know Information:
Division Classifications: There have been changes to division names (i.e. Novice is now U9, Atom is now U11, Pee Wee is Now U13, etc.), when registering please ensure you register by the players birth year.
Registration Fees: Once again, we will be offering a payment plan option. You can choose to pay over 4 months (Registration date, July 1, August 1 and September 1) or pay one payment all at once. All fees must be paid by September 6, 2021.
Payments will be accepted by e-transfer (pswd: MMHREG2122) sent to [email protected] or by credit card only.
Alternate payment arrangements may be available upon approval, please contact [email protected].
Financial Support opportunities may be available through the Children’s Wish Foundation or Jump Start.
Late Fees: Registration deadline will be July 14, 2021. A late fee of $200.00 will apply effective July 15, 2021. Any registrations received after the July 14, 2021 deadline will be accepted if player numbers permit.
**Late fee will not apply to players relocating to the area and/or first year players.
Fundraising Fee: The fundraising fee continues to be $100.00 per family.

I am unable to find my child in the online registry: Please try searching by last name or birth date. If you continue to have issues, please email [email protected] and we will forward your child’s Hockey Canada Registration number.
We have just relocated to the Minto area and my child played hockey where we previously lived: Please contact [email protected] and we will forward a registration package. You will be required to complete the registration form, residential transfer form along with submitting the requested supporting documentation, and a copy of child’s birth certificate.
My child has never played minor hockey before: : Please contact [email protected] and we will forward a registration package.
What if my child is unsure if they want to play: Please register prior to the deadline. Players registering after the deadline will be accepted if player numbers permit. You have the option to take part in the payment plan or wait to pay until your child has decided whether to play or not. All payments will be reimbursed in full provided the child has not stepped on the ice. If the child started the season, reimbursements will be made in accordance to the reimbursement policy.
Respect in Sport: All new players will be required to complete the Hockey Canada Respect in Sport Program. Further information will be provided upon registration. Please note: we are unable to roster your child to any team until this program has been completed.
Rowan’s Law: All parent/guardians and players will be required to review Rowan’s Law upon registration. Please note: we are unable to roster your child to any team until this has been completed.
