PeeWee LL is on fire!
Our PeeWee LL is now 9-0 in the playoffs. With just one more game to go in the series they have all but cleaned up a spot in the finals. Todays game against Elma Logan proved they mean bussiness.
The game started off with a quick goal by Mark Rowley assisted by Tanner Pridham to make it 1-0 Minto. The team played strong keeping the score the same until the second period when Tanner Pridham put in our second goal assisted by Brody Schiestel. The third period was much of the same with offense and defense on fire not giving Elma Logan much of a chance. Mark Rowley put in his second goal of the game assisted by Matt Beier and Timmy Lopes to make it 3-0. That makes it the second shut out for our PeeWee LL team in this playoff series. Great effort goes out to Ben Riley our AP goalie from Adam LL team. He was unstoppable in net and a great asset to our team. Way to go Minto!!
Our final game of the series is on Friday March 20th in Palmerston at 6:30 against Durham.
