Hard Working Pee Wee – Morgan Troyer
Morgan Troyer was recently awarded the Hard Working Pee Wee Helmet by his teammates. Goaltenders are counted on in every game to make the big saves at critical times in the game. That key save can be the second or third rebound shot off their outstretched pads , the glove save when the puck is destined for the top corner of the net or timing their body movement from post to post to seal off an opponents wrap around attempt. When ever Morgan has been called on to make the big saves for the Mad Dogs, he has stood up to the challenge. Certainly not the largest Pee Wee goalie in the WOAA but Morgan covers the net just like his favourite NHL Goalie Carey Price.
