With the Minto Pee Wee’s past the half way mark of their regular season campaign, their record stands at an impressive 15 wins, 6 losses and 3 ties. The record includes participation in 2 Tournaments and a Tournament Championship Trophy from the Bill Batton Tournament in South Huron. The Goalies play a key role on each team by not only keeping the opposition shots from registering on the scoreboard but in making great saves, provide their teammates with the extra confidence to push harder offensively. The Pee Wee Mad Dogs are very fortunate to have two terrific Goalies minding the Minto net this year.
Recently, Drew Richardson was selected by his teammates as the Hard Working Pee Wee.
Drew stands tall in the Minto net, ready for whatever the opposition has can fire at him.
Congratulations Drew on your exceptional goaltending and back to back wins against Kincardine and Seaforth in the past couple of weeks.
