A good start to the new year
for the Atom LL team who have won 2 out tof the last 3 games played.
On Jan 5th we beat Listowel 7-1. Goals to Josh Langridge (3), Tyler Quigley (2), and Austin Richardson (2). Assists went to Josh Langridge (1), Arden Mercy (3), Spensor White (2) and Austin Richardson. Ben Riley was superb in net, only letting 1 goal in.
Throught the snow we travelled to Seaforth, on Jan 7th, for a good battle, unfortunately Seaforth won 2-0. Ryan Grandy played well in goal.
On Sat Jan 10th, we travelled to Brussells and got another win, 8-2. Scoring for Minto was Austin Richardson (4), Colin Brown (1), Josh Langridge (1), Mark Dolson (1), Spensor White (1). Assists went to Colin Brown (2), Josh Langridge (1), Arden Mercy (1), Ashley Noble (1), Arden Mercy (2), and Austin Richardson (1). Ben Riley was excellent in goal with the great suport of his defence team.
The Atom LL are now getting ready for their annual tournament. Join us on Sunday Jan 18th, 8:00 am, at the Palmerston Arena. Great hockey, great food, great FUN!!
