Novice Reps starts series with 2 wins.
The Novice Rep team beats Seaforth to go up 2-0 in series.
On Saturday Minto travelled to Seaforth for the first game of the series. Alex Mock opened the scoring assisted by Ben Forrester. Reid Lobsinger scored the second goal from a pass from Mock. Lucus Oxford then scored a natural hat trick with assists going to Lobsinger, Tyler Canning and Kaleb Soloman. The final score was 5-1.
The Maddogs had a great defensive game, helping Trevor Scott record his 11th shutout of the season. Once again scoring came from all three lines. Tyler Canning, Lucus Oxford and Alex Mock scored with assists going to Oxford, Kaleb Soloman, Canning, Greg Young, Reid Lobsinger and Brett Zabel.
The 3rd game is Tuesday February 24th at 6:30 in Seaforth.
