Minto Mad Dogs U15 Claim International Silver Stick Championship!
Undefeated run seals the title in Pelham, Ontario – January 8–11, 2026
The Minto Mad Dogs U15 hockey team delivered a standout performance on the international stage, going undefeated to claim the championship at the International Silver Stick Finals held in Pelham, Ontario, from January 8–11.
The prestigious tournament featured more than 80 teams across seven divisions, with only 14 elite teams qualifying for the highly competitive U15 division. Each team earned its spot by finishing first or second in their respective regional Silver Stick competitions.
Fresh off a six-game winning streak at their regional tournament just six days earlier, the Mad Dogs arrived in Pelham determined to keep their momentum rolling—and they did exactly that.
