Q. What is the fundraising fee?
A. Each family pays a $100.00 fundraising fee. Each family will receive a book of draw tickets to sell, you have already paid for the tickets therefore you keep the money once you’ve sold your tickets.
Q. Why has a family pass been added to registration?
A. A $50.00 family pass is now included in all family registrations to help cover our referee costs. Each family will receive 2 passes which will get you into any pre-season and regular season MMH game (passes do not include WOAA or OMH playoff games).
Q. How do I register:
A. Registration is completed online, please see the Minto Minor Hockey/Registration website for further instructions.
Q. What if I can't register online? I keep getting error messages and/or I can't access my account because I forgot my login/password?
A. Please contact [email protected].
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. As of May 1st, 2019 credit card or email transfer are the only forms of payment accepted.
Q. What dates do I make payments by if I take part in the payment plan option?
A. May 15th, 2019, June 15th, 2019, July 15th, 2019 and/or August 15th, 2019.
Q. I registered my child to play hockey but now he/she has decided they do not want to play - can I get a refund?
A. Prior to the season beginning, you are entitled to a full refund. If you do decide to cancel your registration, please contact [email protected]. Once the season has begun, please refer to the refund policy.
Q. Okay, I have registered - now what?
A. Please check our website regularly - we will be posting information on the website regarding the start of the season, in mid to late August. You will also receive emails as information is finalized and available.
Q What night/date/time/location will be child be playing?
A. We will not know the schedule until late August/early September. We understand it makes it difficult to plan other activities for your child when you don't know their hockey schedules. Unfortunately there are a lot of moving parts and it takes time after registration closes and all payments are received and cleared (after September 1st), for us to get the schedules organized and approved.
Q. The hockey season begins in two (2) weeks and I have not heard from a Coach or Manager to let me know when my child begins playing?
A. We strongly encourage you to check our website regularly for schedule updates and information. You will also receive communication via email from the webmaster. Once your child has been assigned to a team, regular email communication will commence between you and your Coach/Manager.
