Bantam MadDogs lose in A Final at Clifford Tourney

The Bantam Reps came up a little short at the Clifford Tourney this weekend losing in the A Final 2-1 to Mt Forest.
The 1st game pitted the boys against Milverton and they came away with a 5-3 win. The 2nd game was against a tough Hanover squad but the boys prevailed 3-1. This put them in the Final against the Mt Forest Rams. It was a hard fought battle but the boys came up against a tough goaltender and lost 2-1. Greg Allen led the scoring with 5 goals and 2 assists, Cole Leslie had 2 goals and an assist, Josh Hoffele and Tristen Small had 2 goals apiece and Curtis Shorey, Derril Hoover,Todd Donkersgoed, Josh Underwood, Derrick Riff, Lucas Radojcin and Cam Charlebois had 1 assist each. The boys should be proud of the effort they gave in the Tourney. Our next action is against Milverton Tuesday night in Harriston. If you want to see some entertaining hockey, come on out and support the boys.
