Atom LL # 2 tears it up in Clifford!
Minto traveled to Clifford on the first day of November and came away with an 18 to 3 win! As dramatic as that sounds full credit goes out to the Clifford team as they are an extremely young team boasting only 5 Atom aged kids and up until this game had not scored a goal yet this year. Once they got a couple great chances and scored their first goal you could see the confidence mounting as they scored 2 more, great job Clifford!
Minto had a great game with an amazing effort by the whole team, leading the scoring for Minto in this game was Will Dennison with 4 goals and 4 assists, Connor Rowley 3 goals and 3 assists, Greg Young 4 goals and 2 assists, Boston Will 2 goals and 1 assist, Alex Mock 2 goals, Travis Mclean 1 goal and 2 assists, Andrew Mallett 1 goal, Tyler Canning 1 goal and assist, Brooke Drost 3 assists and with an assist each Nicky Aasman and Manomi Kitasawa. Hunter MacDonald and Trevor Dillon had a great game in net and Payton Noble had a very strong game but was held off the score sheet but not for lack of effort. The next game will be this Saturday at noon as the team hosts Wallace in Palmerston.
