MadDog Bantam Reps go 1-1-1 in last 3 games
The Minto MadDog Bantam Reps have played 3 games in the last week and a half. Sunday Nov 22nd, Minto Hosted BCH in Harriston where despite outshooting their opponents 35-7, still came out on the losing end of a 4-2 score.

Due to another slow start the MadDogs found themselves down 3-0 after the 1st period. But again the team didn't quit, they outscored BCH in the second period 2-1 to make the score 4-2. The 3rd period saw the boys outshoot BCH 13-0 but they couldn't put the puck in the net. Scoring for Minto were Tristen Small and Greg Allen with assists to Derrick Riff and Curtis Shorey.
On Thursday November 26th, the boys made the trek to Shallow Lake where they fought hard for a 3-3 tie. Derrick Riff scored from Brendon Aitken to take a 1-0 lead after the 1st. The second period was a different story as Shallow Lake outscored the boys 3-1. Keaton Ross scored from Cole Leslie for the only Minto goal of the period. The 3rd was fast and furious, Josh Underwood scored with the assist going to Keaton Ross to make the score 3-3. With 48.9 seconds to go and Minto buzzing the Shallow Lake net, a curfew was called for the 2nd time this year. Tyler Reiner was called up from the PeeWee Rep team and played the 1st period making 6 saves.
Tonight, the Boys travelled to Lucknow to take on the winless Lucknow Bantams. The boys competed hard and came up with a 7-2 win.
