2017-2018 Peewee Rep - Congratulations Peewee Rep's OMHA Finalists
Submitted By Sondra Scott on Monday, April 9, 2018
PeeWee Rep Wrap-up-I would like to take some time to thank the whole team..... Players, Parents, Grand Parents, Siblings, and the MMH Executive.

I was extremely proud to be a part of this group!  The way you all represented and supported all of our community's (that make us one) was a thing of class and sportsmanship.  And the support for these player's game in and game out was so important and evident...THANK-YOU!!To the coaching staff...... Thank you for helping to making this season a special one for the players and myself.  Your dedication to the team was paramount to this team believing in our season plan.  As huge of a disappointment it was losing that final.  We all know that this team surpassed our expectations we had set out for them at the beginning of the season.  I know we can all be proud of the progress that these kids made, not just in their individual game but in becoming respected young gentlemen.  You guys were awesome and I would gladly stand on the bench along side any of you, anytime!Mad Dogs..... You all need to understand how proud every single person that was involved in your hockey season is of you all!  From me all the way to Bill the bus driver and our sponsors, the way you all handled yourselves through-out the season was exceptional.  Every spot we went together I always got a compliment on how well behaved this group was.  You are all becoming well respected young men!  Your hard work, your belief in our 3 words (Speed, Compete and Team) the attention to our details we could control, absolutely paid off huge for you guys!  All year long teams thought they would skate you guys into the ground and beat you down, just because we had 2 lines.  DID YOU GUYS EVER SHOW THE LEAGUE SOMETHING!!  Not 1 team accomplished that goal...not 1!  The work ethic you all dedicated yourselves to during those leg destroying blue line and the mile skates was the difference in our team vs everyone else, that is no lie!  I was so proud to be your coach this year... not that I have ever not been, but this year was different and I thank everyone of you for your hard work, dedication, accomplishments and memories.  It was AWESOME!!Triston...... It showed in your play this year just as much as any of your team mates,  of the amount of work you put in as well.  The way you keep things simple for yourself (focus, set, save, control) and continuous calm composure has and will continue to pay off big for you as you move forward with your craft.
