Pee Wee having solid start to the season
The Pee Wee have had a solid start to the season. They began the season with 1 - 1 tie against Hanover. It was a great first game all around for the boys. Brad Binkle tied the game for Minto with 17.5 seconds left in the third period. Game 2 saw Wingham jump out to a 2 goal lead early in the first period. Minto fought back to tie the game at 2-2, and then early in the third period Josh Scott put Minto up 4-2. Minto could not hold the lead long as Wingham scored 2 goals in under a minute to tie the game. Game 3 saw Minto travel to Mildmay for a Saturday afternoon battle. Minto came out hard and fast and by the end of the second period Minto was up 8-0. Minto ended up scoring 3 more times in the third period but gave up 4 goals. Making the final 11-4.
