About This Tournament
Mad Dog Novice LL Win Tourney
The Novice LL hosted there tourney this past Sunday in Harriston. Teams came from Listowel, BCH (Bayfield, Clinton, Hensall), Plattsville, Mount Forest & Wingham.
There were many extremely close games with four of the games finishing with a one goal difference. Plattsville & Listowel Red competed for the B side championship with Plattsville coming out on top.
The A side championship was claimed by the host Minto Mad Dog team who defeated BCH #2 in the finals 6-0. The team played amagizing defence the entire tournament not allowing a goal over 3 games. The first game the locals defeated Listowel Red 4-0. The second game was 5-0 over BCH#1.
The coaching staff & parents are extremely proud of the way the kids continue to improve & win games. The kids remain undefeated in league play & are looking forward to the playoffs.
