Novice LL Double up on Mt Forest 8-4
The kids got off to a great start jumping out to a 3-0 lead in the first period. Tyson Koopman opened the scoring with his first goal of the season & first of his short hockey career.
The kids played a strong second period but were outscored 2-0
The 3rd period was full of excitement seeing 7 goals in total, 5 from Minto & 2 from Mt. Forest.
Ian Jamieson & Ben McRobbie led the the way with 3 goals a piece. Rylynne Sinclair & Tyson Koopman added the other goals for Minto. Hunter McDonald had another strong game in net.
