PeeWee LL - Two tough losses for the Pee Wee LL.
On Jan 24\10, Minto traveled to Walkerton. It was evenly matched game with Walkerton fianlly scoring in the second period. Minto tried but couldn't get past the Walkerton goalie. Final score was Walkerton 1-0. Matt Langridge was instrumental in goal.
Monday Jan 27th had Minto playing Durham. Scoring first for Minto was Austin Richardson, with assists from Russell Dennison and Chase Foerter. Then fans were treated to a back and forth match with Minto scoring again in the second period. Scoring the second goal for Minto was Mackenzie Pridham, with assists from Spensor White and Austin Richardson. Durham snuck one past goaltender Ryan Grandy with 1 second left on the clock to end the second period. It was all Durham in the third period with 2 more goals leaving us with a 3-2 loss but what a great game!
